Renovation project of a 1931 family home.
The design thoughtfully considered the qualities of the existing 1930s home. This home is in very good condition and has many qualities in terms of light, spaciousness and materiality.
During the renovation, everything was restored to its former glory and the bathroom and kitchen were approached in a respectful and integrated manner.
Furthermore, a greater link with the outdoor space was sought, which was realized using a spiral staircase that forms a direct connection between the living space and the designed city garden.
