PIT

The area consists of the Provincial PIT domain, a former boarding school in a park-like area, and an adjacent forest on the west side of the school.

The former PIT building has been thrown down to be rebuilt in a pure, flexible, open and connected way. It consists of 22 different types of apartments with big terraces facing Tienen and the public parc. Six vertical circulation cores connect the semi-underground car park, the street level, the park and the dwellings with each other. This building is a landmark in the northern part of the Anemoon site.
