Study for a renovation of a cosy house in the Belpairestraat in Oud-Berchem/Antwerp. After a brainstorming session, we set to work with a list of the wishes and dreams of the owners.
The given place consists of three floors and a roof plan, at the back we also find a veranda and a cosy arranged garden.
Based on our study, we focused on light, greenery, transparency and the link between inside and outside. We developed several proposals with more outdoor space, overview, a clearer enclosure of the bathroom and a roof space that can serve as a studio for now and in the future.
